The Pittsburgh Chess Club is an educational non-profit organization. We have roots going back to the mid-1800s and remain committed to serving the needs of chess players in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. The Club holds some of the nation’s longest-running tournaments in the United States. Our publication, En Passant, regularly wins awards from Chess Journalists of America.
